About Us

As a brewery and winery, we wanted to have food trucks at our place. Unfortunately, some of them were hard to schedule, or just never showed up. We decided to build our "food truck" inside our brewery! In April of 2022, we opened our kitchen and called it "The HotSpot." We dressed the outside to look like a food trailer, with the open window, trailer tire, and taillights included!

Following the model of breweries changing food trucks, we change our menu monthly. Keep an eye out for menu changes, and check in periodically for new items.
